Having just returned from a 3+ Week trip to the Philippines, the UK is as I left it, wet and windy. A few days to recover - the trip was productive for birds and exhausting - and before I know it I will be off again.
It may take a while to write up the trip, but the undoubted highlight was excellent views of the endangered but magnificent Philippine Eagle, one of the largest Eagles in the world. A much wanted bird and it didn't fail to deliver.
