Friday 29th August - From down under to up top

Tomorrow we leave Australia to head back to the UK, arriving late Sunday. We are currently in far north Queensland, spending yesterday at Cape Tribulation and the Daintree National Park . We've had a fantastic time here and even though being away for nearly 6 weeks are a bit sad to be leaving Aus. The birds have been great, I've seen over 270 species in Australia and think my year list is now around 1,330. I've finished updating the Borneo page but it will probably be back in the UK before I start Australia.
